Rebecca is Head of Workforce Collaboration at Greater Manchester Combined Authority. Rebecca's role is to drive strategic workforce change, transformation and organisational development programmes across Greater Manchester organisations.

Holding a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and being a qualified Prosci Change Practioner, Rebecca has a strong focus on impactful, future-focused change, organisational culture and equality, diversity and inclusion.
