Cecily's background is in customer success and partnering with large organisations. Before Xylo, she worked in a similar role, partnering with household names including Comic Relief, which used AI to interview and survey audiences across the UK and sharpen its messaging to effectively communicate to UK audiences and increase donations. Outside work, Cecily loves watching or playing any kind of sport, board games, and cooking!
